TARIFAS Y VALIDEZ: Las tarifas están cotizadas en US$ dólares americanos, son NETAS y están Sujetas a cambio sin previo aviso. Traslados, excursiones y Hoteles son válidos desde 15 Septiembre hasta el 15 Diciembre 2005. LAS TARIFAS NO INCLUYEN: Alimentación no especificada, impuestos aeroportuarias US $ 54 - por persona al salir del país, bebidas o gastos personales. TARIFAS: Las tarifas están sujetas a cambio sin previo aviso, incluyen los impuestos de IVA del 15%. PAGOS: 50% al confirmar los servicios por AZALEA TW C.A. y 50% 7 días antes de la llegada de los pasajeros en temporada BAJA, 15 días antes en la temporada ALTA. CANCELACIONES Y REEMBOLSOS: Las excursiones de medio o un día son reembolsables en su totalidad si se cancelan con 48 horas de anticipación a la hora de salida. Las excursiones de dos o más días son reembolsables en su totalidad si se cancelan con un mínimo de 4 días antes de su llegada, excepto durante la temporada ALTA. REFERENCIAS NUMÉRICAS: Traslados, excursiones y paquetes están marcados con un número de referencia. Favor referirse a éste para evitar malos entendidos. CLAUSULA DE RESPONSABILIDAD: Actuamos solo como agentes de transportadores y hoteles; por lo tanto, aún cuando ejerceremos el mayor cuidado, no nos hacemos responsables por demoras, pérdidas, accidentes u otros incidentes en ruta, de los cuales sean responsables terceros.

CURRENCY AND VALIDITY: All rates are NET and quoted in US$ dollars. And Subject to change without Notice. Transfers, Tours and Hotel rates are VALID from 15 Sept. until Dec. 15/05.

TARIFFS DO NOT INCLUDE: Meals except as mentioned. Airport tax US $ 54.- per person upon departure from country, drinks or other personal expenses.

RATES: All rates are subject of change without notice, include national taxes IVA 15%.

PAYMENTS: All services need payment of 50% at confirmation by AZALEA TW C.A. the other 50% upon 7 days before arrival of Passengers in Low Season, 15 Days on High Season.

CANCELATION REFUNDS: Half or one day tours are refundable in full if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to departure time. Two or more days tours are refundable in full when cancelled at least 4 days prior to departure time, except in High Season. Booking is subject to cancellation charges assessed by the Hotels. Tours not cancelled as per above, are not refundable.

REFERENCE NUMBERS: Transfers, sightseeing tours and excursions are marked with a reference number. Please refer to this number in your request to avoid misunderstandings.

LIABILITY: We act only as agents for the carrier and hotels; as such although we will exercise the greatest care, we can not be responsible for delays, losses, accidents, or other incidents on route for which carrier or others are.
